The five traditional features of ECM

1. Document management This is obviously the basis of the solution with a centralized directory where all documents are stored, indexed and organized logically to facilitate and speed up search and sharing.
2. Workflow management i.e. workflow modelling (Any process involving documents transiting between several actors can be modelled in a workflow by an ECM solution.)
3. The collaborative dimension: several people can work on the same document, editor, annotate or validate it, depending on their role.
4. Connectors They enable the ECM to be integrated with other business systems such as an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or a CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
5. Accessibility: content is accessible both internally and to authorised external partners, which of course means controlling security parameters, authorisations, etc.

iOffice

i.Office allows from your MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) to automatically index your documents based on its properties or Word form information and then send them to GED. The solution allows you to merge and convert documents into PDF/A files or leave them in their native format.

iMobility

iMobility is a smartphone app (iOS and Android) allowing you to connect from your mobile device to your electronic document management to view, validate, comment, sign, etc. This module allows you to work temporarily roaming.

iConvert

The solution allows companies to convert files into the desired format. This solution allows you to make mass processing of a few hundred documents to several million documents as well as unit processing. You can convert your image files to PDF and PDF/A fulltext.
